Short Description:

Hq41x ball check valve adopts rubber coated ball as disc. Under the action of medium, it can roll up, down, left and right on the integral slide in the valve body to open or close the valve. Silencing closing, no water hammer, good sealing performance. The valve body adopts full flow channel, with large flow and small resistance, and the head loss is 50% less than that of swing type. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, and can be used in cold water, hot water, industrial and domestic water pipe network system. It is more suitable for submersible sewage pump with medium temperature of 0 ~ 80 ℃.

HQ41X Working principle of ball check valve

When the medium flows in the specified direction, the spherical valve disc will be opened due to the medium force; when the medium flows counter current, the spherical valve disc will close automatically and quickly depending on the medium itself, so as to prevent the medium from flowing counter current.
